Behzad brings 12 years of experience in enterprise software and technology. His expertise derives from a wide range of roles including software consulting, product management, application development, and corporate strategy.
Behzad started his Salesforce career at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where he led consulting teams across a variety of industries including Media, Telecommunications, and Educational Services. From there he pivoted into building products on the Salesforce platform for an ISV in the Healthcare space. At this ISV he led a product team to develop a Contact Center application for Penn Medicine. Working closely with their CMO, Behzad developed an omni-channel solution that enables a 360-view into patient and prospect interactions which ultimately improved customer engagement and satisfaction.
Leveraging his extensive Salesforce experience, he joined GE Corporate to work directly for their CIO and help manage key initiatives for their Commercial and Marketing Technology team. These initiatives included commercialization of new products and services, enabling analytics across GE’s key web properties, optimizing marketing demand generation and lead management, and most notably working with marketing leaders across GE’s subsidiaries to bring their business technology and processes into compliance for GDPR regulations.
Before joining the CRMD team, Behzad was a Director at a global consulting firm, Cognizant, on their Corporate Strategy team. There he worked on a CEO-led initiative to help productize technology services across Cognizant’s various businesses, with his focus being Banking and Healthcare verticals.
