Before founding his company in 2014, CEO William DeVito noticed as a young consultant in New York that much of the unique challenges facing businesses were being handled with too much of an old-school approach. Disruptive technology like Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms were transforming the market, leaving big consulting firms frenzied to adapt quickly to a changing landscape and an inflexibility to train their existing workforces new skills on the fly.

Will saw a better way and shortly left “big consulting” thereafter to start a company with an agile approach to tackling unique challenges and bringing on talents to manage solutions that clients needed at a more compelling price-point. “I’ve always had a great appreciation for doctors – the way they can diagnose and treat their patients, the great knowledge they’ve accumulated, and ultimately the way they can help people get back on their feet feeling better than ever” The company was originally named CRM Doctors, a local consulting startup built with compassion that delivers enterprise-strength consulting and better bedside manner.

Behzad Hussain

Behzad Hussain

Vice President, West Engagements

Behzad brings 12 years of experience in enterprise software and technology. His expertise derives from a wide range of roles including software consulting, product management, application development, and corporate strategy.

Behzad started his Salesforce career at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where he led consulting teams across a variety of industries including Media, Telecommunications, and Educational Services. From there he pivoted into building products on the Salesforce platform for an ISV in the Healthcare space. At this ISV he led a product team to develop a Contact Center application for Penn Medicine. Working closely with their CMO, Behzad developed an omni-channel solution that enables a 360-view into patient and prospect interactions which ultimately improved customer engagement and satisfaction.

Leveraging his extensive Salesforce experience, he joined GE Corporate to work directly for their CIO and help manage key initiatives for their Commercial and Marketing Technology team. These initiatives included commercialization of new products and services, enabling analytics across GE’s key web properties, optimizing marketing demand generation and lead management, and most notably working with marketing leaders across GE’s subsidiaries to bring their business technology and processes into compliance for GDPR regulations.

Before joining the CRMD team, Behzad was a Director at a global consulting firm, Cognizant, on their Corporate Strategy team. There he worked on a CEO-led initiative to help productize technology services across Cognizant’s various businesses, with his focus being Banking and Healthcare verticals.

Behzad brings a holistic view into identifying and delivering technology solutions for our clients. A view that goes beyond technology and into ways our clients can improve how they operate and realize value in their investments.

Andy Payette, Vice President of Engagements, East

Andy Payette

Vice President of East Engagements

Andy is responsible for sales and new client engagements. He brings 15 year of sales and leadership to CRMD and is focused on driving revenue growth while maintaining CRMD's consulting first, sales second focus. Prior to joining CRMD, Andy was the Director of Global Inside Sales at Kaminario, a Needham MA based cloud-based storage company. Prior to Kaminario, Andy held a variety of both field and inside sales roles with several technology and technology reseller companies. Andy earned a BS in Business Administration from Worcester State University and lives in Townsend MA with his wife and two sons.

Deandra Tan

Vice President of Operations

Deandra brings 6 years of marketing and CRM experience to the role. Her favorite part of working with CRMD is learning new things about her clients and the industries they cover. As VP of Operations, she will work to position CRMD for long-term growth and success and to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality engagements.

Prior to CRMD, Deandra developed digital strategy for customer engagement and aligned marketing and sales team to improve quality of marketing-generated leads as a marketing consultant at Bluewolf in New York City.

Hailing from New York City, she graduated Cum Laude with a distinction in Film and Sociology from Yale University. In 2013, Deandra received her certification for Integrated Marketing through the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at NYU.

She is a Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator. She has also been a Marketo Certified Consultant and Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Implementation partner.
